Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you're reserving a product that isn’t yet available for immediate delivery. We take full payment upfront to secure your spot in the production queue.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, if production has started, you’re eligible for a 50% refund — the remaining amount covers non-recoverable production costs.
