Refund policy

 

At Liberty Labs Co., many of our products — especially FELON badges — are made to order. This means we begin production shortly after you place an order. We’re committed to being upfront, fair, and clear about what that means for refunds and returns.

 

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, if production has started, you are eligible for a 50% refund — the remaining covers non-recoverable production costs.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Returns must be requested first via info@libertylabsco.com. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your item when it arrives. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@libertylabsco.com with photos and a description of the issue. If confirmed, we’ll provide a full or partial refund or replacement.

 

Incorrect Installation (Badges Only)

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for badges damaged due to improper application.
This includes:

  • Failing to properly clean and prepare the surface
  • Misalignment, bubbling, or detachment caused by incorrect installation

Merchandise (Apparel, etc. via Printful)

Our apparel and other merch is fulfilled by Printful and made to order.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind.
  • If your apparel item is damaged or misprinted, contact us at info@libertylabsco.com and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The product must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. This right does not override the exclusions for made-to-order goods.

Age restrictions: For adults
EU Warranty: 2 years
Other compliance information: Meets the flammability, lead, cadmium, phthalates and formaldehyde level requirements.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact info@libertylabsco.com.
